How has your program used data to direct initiatives? Share your successes and processes for effective application of health data to produce positive outcomes. - Contextual and Behavioral Risks - Tobacco, HPV, Obesity, Nutrition, Access, Environment, Culture
How has your program addressed any behavior health risks or societal determinants? Share how your program's activities changed your participants’ overall health and wellness and/or what limitations surfaced that need addressing. - Emerging Technology & Applications
E.g. Telehealth/Teledentistry, Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF), other technology or products.
Where are we with the technology and the application within the discipline? Please address privacy issues, educators’ knowledge, interprofessional collaboration, and coding and reimbursement issues for dental and non-dental health professionals.
