To register multiple individuals from same company, please have each individual complete the online registration form
and select "Group Payment." After registration submission, TxOHC will contact and invoice company regarding your registration fee. |
TxOHC member discounts applies to Active membership categories only. Organizational members designated one contact to represent their organization and that person is eligible to receive discounted member pricing.
Your TxOHC Active Member ID number is required on the registration form.

Instructions to pay via Purchase Order
If you must use purchase orders please complete the online registration form and select "Invoice Purchase Order" to identify your payment method. You will receive an invoice to submit a request for a purchase order number from your agency.
Purchase order numbers must be received by TxOHC COB Wednesday, June 30, 2024.
Please have your employer email the purchase order voucher with number and include your name and TOHC registration number to [email protected], so we may invoice them for your registration fee.

Refund Policy: Cancellation change deadline is July 5, 2024 and requires written notice.
NO EXCEPTIONS. All refunds or changes are subject to a $25.00 administration fee plus payment platform fees. All refunds will be mailed after the meeting. Registration confirmations will be emailed for online registrations and payments only.
