Hosting our conference in a new venue presents new requirements for TOHC hosts. The TCEA Conference Center requires all Contractees and vendors to provide a certificate of liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and a minimum $1,000,000.00 aggregate with “TCEA” shown as additional insured. Self-insured letters may also be accepted if that is what you usually provide. If you maintain liability insurance for your company then your insurance company may provide a certificate of liability for you at no additional charge.
